Mum Sketches and Comics

There are two comics, two panels from a third comic, and a sketch.

Comics first. I like these comics, man. I got interested in drawing Mum again, and these comics were spawned as a result. I removed the text because it was boring, you probably couldn't read it, and it won't make any sense unless you are me. The first one is when Mum meets Taloh. You can see Mum and Colha don't get along? Probably not. The text helps. In the second comic, Mum is showing Taloh how to grow a rose except this is so scientifically incorrect that it makes me . Yes, magic doesn't exist, but I was still trying to justify it a bit. ROSES DO NOT GROW LIKE THAT. ROSES GROW OFF OF BUSHES! AUGH! I totally forgot about that when I was drawing this. Maybe it's a carnation, not a rose. It doesn't look much like a rose anyways. I can't draw flowers. Also, in the second comic's second panel, Mum's hand is facing the wrong direction in relation to the hand he's holding the seed in.

The two panels are from a third comic completely unrelated to the first two. Obviously, something bad is happening. Mum crying?! OMG! XD

The sketch was my attempt at drawing Mum realistically without reference. I think it turned out okay. Love the shading. His nose is kinda weird.

DANGIT. Mum is so freakin' fun to draw! White people are too boring to shade! Mum's skin is aweeeessooome to shade. Also, elves are cool.



I really wish I could draw hands. And flowers.
